SBAS TeACHER (SBAS Tool for Education And Contributor to Harness EGNOS Research) was developed by Iguassu Software Systems to understand the content of the 250-bit SBAS message. It offers to a user the ability to decode and encode any SBAS message type. Program also counts with preamble and CRC so only valid messages can be decoded and the output of encoding is also valid.
